A key part of our offer is our commitment to remaining involved through the technical and coordination design stages at RIBA Stages 4 and 5. We are a consultancy that enjoys detailed design and thrives on the technical challenges that come with turning a strong concept into a fully coordinated, deliverable solution. We work closely with the client team during early design development and can also continue to support projects under novation to the contractor, helping maintain design intent and technical quality through the detailed design and construction phases.
